Pork tendons are a great source of protein which is essential for muscle repair, tissue regeneration and overall bodily functions. I've tried the zebra cake recipe and followed your advice of substituting milk with sugarless soyabean milk...the results, i prefer your recommendation as its healhtier and just nice, not too fattening...thanks for sharing
