Tomyam Pork Fillet ~ 泰式酸辣猪肉片

As an alternative to making a Thai Tomyam soup, I cooked a simple stir-fry pork fillet with Tomyam paste.  This is a quick and easy stir-fry with sweet and sour flavours which is so appealing to pair with a bowl of soft and fluffy white rice.  Or you can opt to have this with bread or buns.

Mini lime marmalade chiffon cake

These little chiffon cupcakes were made with lime marmalade.  Other than orange marmalade I've never come across lime marmalade and so this went into my shopping basket when I was in Perth last.  It's slightly more sour than orange marmalade but it's delicious when you have it with butter or peanut butter slathered on a slice of freshly baked bread or toast!
